I am not dissatisfied with the villa and the environment. I found it very comfortable and picturesque. I take issue with the agent, first name CARLON, who refuses to return my deposit of $2000 TT after we have checked out. It is a month now and I am still trying to get my money back. He refuses my calls and makes false promises to pay. For this act of robbery and poor service, I would urge potential persons to NOT stay here, or only stay once proper paperwork has been signed so that you can take legal action if you wish. I am VERY DISSATISFIED.
