This is a very well run villa. The villa was extremely clean even down to the back of the clothes closets. It had everything we needed (all kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer, a safe) and a particular bonus was the wi-fi. Liz (the villa manager)was extremely efficient and very welcoming. She also has a very good team working with her particularly our housekeeper who also gave us lots of inside tips on where to eat and where to go to with the kids.

The villa location we felt was just right as it was not isolated but a good distance from the more 'touristy' parts of the island. Grafton Beach is just across the road and is a lovely beach,very quiet and clean which was perfect for our family. It was easy and quick to get to the other areas of the island from the villa by car or by taxi. But even if you did not have a car the villa is near to a local shop for basics, a local bar, and 2 good restaurants as well as two small cafes.

I would highly recommend sandpebbles especially for anyone with a young family as there are no steps to the pool area and there are gates closing off the pool from the living area which prevents young ones from simply wandering out when you weren't looking.

all in all we felt very safe here and it was like a home away from home.

So glad we were able to get this villa and can't wait to go back.
