Stayed at SeaBreeza villa in June 2011 with my family and it was great. We all love the villa, its spacious, comfortable and sooo peaceful. The view from the villa can only be described as WOW! You get a really good look at the inter-island ferry. Henry, Sonya and Debbie are wonderful people and most helpful, just be sure to have Sonya's contact number before you arrive (we missed that). To understand the vibe(mood) at the villa just listen to Bruno Mars - Lazy Song. Do nothing but enjoy the view.
