This beautiful three-bedroom, four and a half bath villa, along with its two-bedroom, one and a half bath guest house, is set on slightly sloping grounds, surrounded by various vegetation. Both buildings, which are connected by an open but covered garage, boast full-sized kitchens, dining-rooms and living rooms. There is a balcony off the master bedroom on the second floor of the main house, and a large porch just under this, both of which look out onto the pool. The guest house has a balcony looking out onto the grounds - beautifully maintained lawns, mango trees, citrus, and various decorative plants. It should be noted, though, that while this side of the property is bordered by the main road, this was hardly noticeable as the large trees on this side blocked off almost all views and sounds of such.

Both buildings are multi-leveled - the main house having three levels (including the outdoor pool level) and the guest house having two levels (with the kitchen, etc. on the ground level and the two bedrooms and full bath on the lower level.

The pool ... (sigh!) was perfect. While it was not huge, being possibly about 15 feet by 10 feet, and at its deepest about 7 feet, it is certainly large enough to allow a few laps every day. There is also an attached whirlpool tub. Because trees and shrubs surround the pool, there is also a sense of privacy from neighbours and the roadside.

There are also various pathways through the garden, which allows for a relaxing, albeit short stroll. The neighbourhood was also very quiet, consisting of several other large houses, but Sunshine Villas is located at the very end of the row of houses, which gives it a very peaceful and relaxing aspect. In spite of this, however, it is within twenty minutes of Scarborough, Gulf City Mall or Crown Point, with several pleasurable beaches nearby.

All in all, the perfect place in which to enjoy a few days in Tobago with family or a group of friends.
