Upon arrival a Crown point we were met by the local representative of Tranquility who gave me a warm welcome then travelled five minutes from the airport to the bon accord developement where i was pleasantly surprised at such a large house we were shown around the house and operational instructions were given to us and then left to settle in the house accomodation was all on the upper floor a nice well stocked kitchen and nice surprise to find a few little bits in the fridge to just get us started there were two nice big shower and toilet areas and they were lovely and clean the two bedrooms were also very nice we then sat down on the large balcony to take in the views and spot the birdlife on the trees prior to booking we were slightly aprehensive as it was such a good price but the value for money is excellent whilst the house is basic it has everything you need for a base it is ideally situated you dont need a car public transport is easily available and it is only a ten minute walk to the nearest beach you get a twice weekly housekeeping service which was greatly appreciated during our stay we were put in touch with local tour guide who provided us with a great day out we can thoroughly recommend this property we actually stayed 6 weeks and still did not fit in everything.We will definately booking again as we found the service offered was very thorough and nothing was to much trouble.
