A second visit for Cathy and first for Jim, this was a wonderful and beautiful place to relax among the sights and sounds of nature and an excellent base for exploring the island. The combination of panoramic views, thrilling sunsets, birds and flowers and walls open to the cool breezes make this property a unique and welcome change from cookie cutter vacation properties, and allowed us to ease into the relaxed lifestyle of the island while having a private hideaway above the valleys and ocean below. Dinner was an extra special treat - local dishes prepared wonderfully by Lesley Ann and served outdoors overlooking the sunsets over the water. Breakfast coffee with the hummingbirds was also a rare and welcome treat. A week's holiday here was enough to feel totally relaxed and refreshed, but we could easily have stayed longer just enjoying the atmosphere and comfort of this home away from home.
