Shark-n-Bake

I'm coming to Tobago April & wanted to get opinions on the best Shark or fish-n-Bake on the island. I haven't seen it offered much. Also anyone who stayed in Castara recently is Marguaritie's still selling Roti's in the morning & lunch? Just getting primed for my visit ! All the best ! Rick
