Avocado Cottage is a little out of the way, but it is worth the drive (or jaunt across the golf course) to the beach. The view from the balcony is lovely with green and blue in front of you: a sea view framed with lovely palm trees. The owner is a sweet and accomodating person and we were treated like personal guests; a wonderful treat after a long journey to Tobago. This is a basic wooden cottage but is comfortable and worth the price. You feel at home here. Personally, I would not stay here without access to a car, a dedicated taxi or a golf cart of your own.
