4 of us stayed on the 1st floor, 1st room of Lillibets for only 2 nights in July 2015. while the room was very nice, having no one to call for any issues was the only thing that caused some dissatisfaction.

Sleeping on the sofa bed, we needed a fan. No one answered the phone or returned our call and no one was around at 6pm to help us so we had no fan. The next morning we realised the fridge was not working, this was due to the voltage on the wall plug that kept tripping. We eventually figured it out ourselves as no one was around to help out. At least they allowed us access to another apartment if needed to use the fridge.

The price is very reasonable for the apartment. The hot water in the shower is unstable and turns hot and cold on it's own while showering.

I loved the villagers, very helpful and friendly. Love the bay, the sting ray etc.
