The villa, was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. One of the plus points for us was finding a villa that actually had an air-conditioned living space, ideal for socialising or just relaxing with a book and a rum punch of course!
It was obvious that the villa is well loved by its owners and it had a homely feel rather than just rental accommodation, which we really liked as the furnishings and decorations were all in good repair.
Dion really looked after us, meeting with us in advance of our stay to organise pick ups etc and providing us with an iron within half an hour of discovering that the one that should have been there had disappeared.
Lynn was one of the best housekeepers we've met on Tobago, extremely friendly and welcoming with lots of ideas of things to do on the island, while getting on with her job in the least obtrusive way possible.
The pool area was again well organised with sun loungers, tables and chairs or even a hammock if you were so inclined. The pool was cleaned regularly and was really welcoming on a hot afternoon!
The bedrooms were a good size and our bed was huuuge! We also had a walk inwardrobe and en-suite bathroom again with all the services we required. There were a further two bedrooms, one double, one twin - again very well furnished with a shared bathroom.
The only downside to the villa is the entrance road - it is really just a dirt track and could be very dark when walking back from a night out. However this was just a minor irritation as it meant that there was very little passing traffic
The villa is well located with a mini market a couple of minutes walk away and the larger supermarket also within walking distance. However I would recommend renting a car if you do decide to stay at Villa Christina.
We can't wait to book up again and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for excellent villa accommodation in the lowlands area of Tobago.
