This is a lovely location and the accommodation is what it says it is and perfectly fine.

Parlatuvier is a quiet and truly authentic part of Tobago.

Also check out Devon(known as Dougla) to take you on some waterfall hikes and try his mother's Joanne's yummy rotis.
