Stayed at this resort numerous times between the period 2001 and 2010, both with husband or laterly family members. The ambience may not be what some people expect of a hotel elsewhere in the world at this rating but for the Caribbean it is exceptional. This is because of the standard of food and drinks offered on the all inclusive package, the great service provided by all the staff and management alike and the general welcome given; also the friendliness of the people of Tobago who are keen for visitors to like their island. I agree some of the rooms could do with updating/freshening up but at the end of the day they are scrupulously clean and mainly used to bathe, dress and sleep. Am looking forward to my forthcoming visit again this year.
