Our family stayed at Villa Romayne for three nights and four days.
It started off with one of the toilet not working. By the afternoon of the first day, no cable. On the second day, we went out and as we arrived, a stranger walked straight in with us and said he was there to fix a pipe. He was about to enter one of the rooms and we had to stop him. Mr. Abraham was contacted and he confirmed that the person was the plumber and he had a pipe to repair on the outside of the villa and could not understand why he came inside.
The toilet did get fixed by the evening of day two. The pool and jucuzzi did not see the pool-man for a long time, he did came on the three day, by then my husband had already taken the opportunity to fill up the pool since a pipe and hose were close by. On the afternoon of the third day, the cable guys came and changed the entire wiring. So the next family to stay there will have cable connection.
The maid came in and clean the villa on the third day but never emptied any of the bins, plus the mop that were used to clean, left lots of strings from it.
Mr. Abraham is a very kind and considerate person and tried his best to fix every situation, however the owner of the villa need to fix this place urgently.
For us, I will not be visiting here anytime in the future but will definitely look at other places that Mr. Abraham has on his site.
