Be warned if you are eating in the restuarant make sure that at the bottom of the menu page for the evening meal that it says vat and service charge not included.
We ate there recently and the page did not have this on but we were still charged the extras, when I complained it was met with indifference and the manager said it should have been on there and even though it was not shown we would still have to pay.We noticed the next night the extras were shown at the bottom of the menu page.
So much for "the customer is always right"
