We were impressed by the professionalism demonstrated in the communication method. Communication was always on point and feedback was prompt at all times. We also appreciated the details of direction to the apartment and contact information....that's really comforting.

We were warmly met by Marcus and our first impression of the apartment was that of a nice cool air condition environment after coming in from the hot sun and it was so clean.

Marcus made himself available for any concerns we had, which were really just to get accustomed to the TV/Cable remotes and connecting to the internet.

The place is so peaceful...it was a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at the apartment.

I would highly recommend to my friends and relatives and definitely would return.
