Spent three nights at the Boatview. Our early arrival did not present a problem. Our rooms were clean and ready. The rooms are basic with well-equipped kitchen areas and functioning appliances. The rooms are not air-conditioned. There is a ceiling fan in each room as well as two or three standing fans. The nights were pretty hot eventhough we slept with the doors open every night. Air-conditioning for the night time, especially during the months of June, July and August, would be nice.
Sharon is very easy-going and will take care of any problems that you may have. Booking and paying for this stay was extremely easy. Contacted Sharon via e-mail and paid for the entire stay the day before I left. Pretty easy!!! Had a wonderful stay. Loved that the Boat View is steps away from the beach.
