Was very impressed with the pictures and initial correspondence to enquire and to reserve villa but was later disappointed as my reservation was cancelled as a result of new Covid 19 lockdown measures.
Imagine my surprise two weeks later when Facebook posts revealed the villa was once again taking bookings. Good customer service should have included contacting persons who had recently enquired about villa and advising of the change. Especially as it was for the same dates that were previously cancelled .
