We stayed at Villa Good Hope with our grown up kids and their partners. What a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation offers you both an element of privacy and great communal living areas inside and out. The air conditioned bedrooms are a great haven after the heat of the day and the ensuite bathrooms were a real bonus. Our hardest decision every day was "beach or pool?" but as the beach is so close its easy to change between the two. Outdoor living is so easy here - breakfast on the balcony looking out to sea, lunch by the pool and dinner cooked on the BBQ and eaten outside as the sun goes down - wonderful! The villa had everything we needed with some great home comforts which the owners have obviously carefully considered. Local restaurants are easy to get to and we also had a few nights in watching movies. The villa has been thoughtfully set up with lots of places to relax - the hammock was my favourite spot for reading a book in the heat of the day - and also lots to entertain the kids - we all enjoyed the pool competitions! The fantastic swimming pool is big enough for laps when you're feeling energetic and there is plenty of space around the pool to stretch out and catch the sun. Waking up to those amazing views is my lasting memory which guarantees that we will be going back for another visit - maybe a romantic trip without the kids next time! Great place to stay and highly recommended.
