arriving march 19 for a week staying just outside of Parlatuvier looking for someone to fish with or tips on where to go will have transportation love to catch a big snook

Hello Don,

Never fished that area, but looks really nice so bound to be a few good spots around.
When I'm in Tobago I fish around Crown point and up to Plymouth on the Caribbean side.
The beach behind the airport is a good spot for Snook, although I've never caught or seen any big ones, although I've heard of a 20 odd pounder taken by a local.Most seem to run in 3 to 7 lb area.
You can also take decent jacks here, and occasional Tarpon.

thanks for the response Ben does not look like this sight gets much action most of the posts are years old

Those posts might be old but still full of useful info, just gotta read through some of them. Many big snooky , some way above 20lb , have been caught around the island. Parlatuvier can be excellent for snook especially around the piles of the jetty.
