I found 17a on the Internet while looking for accomodation in Tobago for business purposes. I did not want to stay at a hotel as I was less than satisfied with my last 2 stays in 4 star hotels.

What I liked : Richard answered my email enquiry on availability without delay.

The rate was competitive .

The condo was clean and the had hotel level furniture packages.

The condo well equipped with dishwasher , washer, dryer, wine glasses, ..Internet ..the works.

The condo sits on a championship golf course and I was able to leave my doors opened up to midnight when I went to bed....the point....it is extremely safe.

Richard accommodated my early check-in and late check out. It was no problem at all. You can't beat that especially if you flight is a late evening flight.

Cons....if you need daily maid service this must be requested....not really a con...but a need to know.

The condo is suitable both for the business traveller and for the vacationer.

I would recommend this condo 100% and would go there again.
