Booked in march of this year, expecting to rest comfortably in the 4bedroom villa we paid for months in advance.. On arrival in tobago the care taker indicated that someone was already in the villa.. Poor management as the villa was double booked.. Two payments were made and at no time they recognized. Disappointment was not the fEeling as we arrived in tobago with no place to rest our head. If and when booking this villa be sure, my suggestion is to ask questions because there are three people taking bookings for this 1 villa and no cross referencing.
Bad for business.
Eight people Left home with high expectations and nearly had to sleep in the airport.
