Taxi operating hours

If our flight were to land in Tobago at 1:30am, would there be taxis in operation to take us to Signal Hill?

If there are scheduled flights arriving, you can bet that there will be one or two taxi drivers around, even at that early time. However, sods law will dictate that you might be last off the plane and/or get delayed at customs or the luggage carousel and who knows if others have grabbed the waiting taxis. It's not a lot different during the day of course.
My best recommendation would be to make arrangements for collection with the hotel or accommodation where you will be staying. Most will know of a good taxi driver who they can recommend and will book him on your behalf.
