The final week of our 2019 trip to Tobago was spent at the Mount Irvine Bay Resort. One of Tobago's oldest and most established hotels, the Mount Irvine has benefited from a complete management change in recent years and a huge refurbishment. We toured the hotel in 2018 and were so impressed with the changes that we decided to stay there this year.
