My overall experience at the Magdalena Grand was good. I loved the play park and the kids club that provided fun and entertainment for the kids. The buffet breakfast was wonderful...the whole atmosphere was that of fun, peace and relaxation. The only thing that marred the experience for me was the lack of sufficient housekeeping,I spent one week there with my family and I had to actually take out my own garbage, the room was cleaned only twice during my stay. It was very discouraging to have to return to my room time and again to discover that our room was not swept etc. and garbage from the previous day was still in the bins. If it were not for this my experience there would be perfect.
