I stayed at Turtle Beach last September for a week and had an amazing time. I had read the reports on here before my departure and I have to say, we didn't have any problems with the staff or accommodation. We stayed 'room only' also, so only ate at the hotel a couple of times. However, when we did eat, the food was lovely. I think this is a great hotel for families as the beach is lovely, the pool is fantastic, and all the tours pick you up from outside. I thought it was great!
