In general, the rooms were adequate. However, the service was lacking. Some hotel employees were annoyed when asking questions while others were helpful. Several times we were given conflicting information regarding hotel policies. It took 2 days to replace a working room phone needed for the Turtle Watch. We were told the phone company needed to check the phone, but when the phone was replaced at our request it worked perfectly. Biggest complaint was the pool closed too early at 6pm.
