When we arrived at reception we found that the superior room we had booked was marked as standard on the reservation form and the room in any case was not ready. This error was relayed to the manager (Anderson) who eloquently handled the situation in a very professional manner, which somewhat diffuses and neutralizers a potentially volatile situation. The room issue was resolved and we eventually were allocated a room, which was very disappointing as it was way below par of a standard room. We again cvomplained and were moved the next day into a superior room. The manager upgraded us to an all inclusive to compensate for the inconvinience. The move into the superior room done the trick and from there on end our vacation was pleasant, with the manager really giving the personal touch by regular enquiring if there was anything he could do for us to make our stay a pleasant one.
