'A Truly Unforgettable Experience' at The Tropikist Beach Resort's Bayside Restaurant! The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The Night Manager,Debra Gordon- welcoming, devoted, willing to accommodate. The Executive Chef Lennox Grant, made our 21st Anniversary a memorable one, honored us by preparing and serving a special dinner. 'His Style and Taste is truly exquisite'. Our Waitress, Merlin Pottinger engaged us by her warm table side manner and excellent service. Special thanks to Minorva Grant of Guest Relations, who with her welcoming warm personality assured us that Tropikist is the place for fine dining. Jeffery and Natalie Martinez, Trinidad
