In some ways, this protects Tobago from mass tourism ...it's actually quite a good thing

That Hadeed character sounds like a handful! Clearly well researched into his ministerial role, NOT. The one thing the administrators of both islands excel at is meetings - if there was an Olympic Games sport of Meetings, T&T would sweep the board with gold medals. They even hold meetings to plan meetings.

Yes Paul I feel that mass tourism is a long way off for the island, for better or worse !
