Apartment in Crown Point

Hi, at present I´m staying in an apartment in Crown Point, the landlord do not advertise on my Tobago, but I´ve been into this area for many years, and we have met before. In fact, I didn´t know that he had apartments for rent; I just believed that his family was big.
It´s a one-bed room apartment at Merchantman Ave. For those who are custom with Crown Point, you leave the Airport, passing the Police Station and you reach the junction by Old Store Bay Local Road. You turn right and keep walking about 200m until you see a sign for the Golden Thistle Hotel. Merchantman Ave start just behind that sign, going in to the left, after some 20m you have a light colored house on the left hand side, you did reach!
The apartment: It´s a small apartment, but the kitchen has everything a visitor need; and you reach the shower and the toilet from there. The bedroom has a good King Size bed, and a flat screen TV is also in that room. There´s no space for table in the kitchen area, but there´s a small table and two chairs in the bedroom. The bedroom has a good AC, so you don´t need a fan there. There´s a big ward-robe and also draw-outs, so you don´t have problems to find a place.
If you want to eat or have tea/coffee/beers outside, there´s an out-door area nearby the gate, table and chairs, available for all guests.
Beside this apartment, there´s room with a washing machine and a dryer, and if they are in use, go to the Laundry Shop nearby the Royal Bank, leave dirty clothes there in the morning then pick them up in the afternoon.
Wi-Fi is available, and a good Internet Café is upstairs in the corner of Old Store Bay Local Road and main road.
So what do you think this apartment cost? For short stay; one day to max three (3) weeks, $150TTD per day, longer stay one (1) month or more, $2500TTD per month, so you cannot complain over the price for this apartment and its location.
I´m leaving the apartment by the end of March, so the apartment is available from April 1.
