Plans for Castara Beach

This was this morning on the Tobago News fb page. All over sudden it disappeared.

Villagers in Castara form the Castara Beachfront Protection Movement over concerns about the development of the beachfront by the Tobago House of Assembly. The movement says it believes a planned fishing facility will now have several floors and include shops and a restaurant, and claim the THA has not consulted the village about the plans.

Hi Josefa

Thanks for posting that. Yes, I can confirm that work on this project started without any discussion with the local fishermen or community. Unbelievable, but frankly hardly surprising of the mindless Thick Halfwit Arseholes at Sangster Hill. My information was that it was going to be a three-storey building. At least the drawing only shows two.
