Thanks for all the info Chris and others. Here are a few links that might prove useful to visitors who will be visiting Tobago before the end of March and who have TT$100 paper notes that they wish to change for the new polymer notes.
Redemption takes place at the UTC (Unit Trust Corporation) bank offices in Upper Scarborough. They are on the corner of Main & Castries Street. Don't forget your passport (and ideally copies of the details page and last T&T immigration entry stamp), plus evidence that you were out of the country (T&T) during the normal redemption period (December 2019), plus evidence showing the source of the funds (bank/card statement copy if drawn from a bank, etc).
