Dissatisified with level of FRONT DESK service at Sandy Point Village. Nice location very scenic, but very old and dated!

1) did not have deposit slip on arrival, had it out with reception staff who wanted us to pay the deposit twice for not having the slip, although the staff could confirm that the money was deposited into their account by the faxed deposit confirmation! MADNESS!!!
-What is the purpose of internet banking or wire transfers?In this day and age of technology I am amazed that hotel owners ask persons to go to the bank endure long lines to deposit money into an account and fax a deposit slip!


2)u have to also make a deposit of $150tt or $25usd to get a remote for the tv, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

3) old worn sheets and towels EWWEEEEE!!, fixtures appliances were are old and awful, refrigerator in room was rusty & not working, no microwave.

4) on asking for fresh towels we received old shredded towels



This is a lovely place but needs an update in technology, marketing, training staff and re-decorating their beachfront rooms!!!
