My family from England came to Trinidad for 2 weeks. I heard you could use Sandy Point Beach Club facilities so I still booked 3 days. The Kitchen Stove was a wreck, only 2 of the burners worked while the other 2 fell apart. The toilet seat was broken so you slid all over the place. One of the Hot Tubs was Green and stagnant. As usual the attitude of the staff esp. Nicollete stank. The room was not ready until close to 2:00pm. When using the toilet on the last day the power went, so I was plunged into darkness. The water pumps shut down also, so I couldn't even wash my hands. The Gym hadn't been used in years everything was rusty. Overall you get what you pay for and pay for what you get.
