I stayed at one of the poolsides apartments an it was not as bad as the reviews stated. We had a 2 night and three day stay and the staff was not unpleasant at all to us while there. The setting of the room is a good one,the downstairs is the entertaining area and the bathroom, there is a stairs leading upstairs to a deck where the bedroom is located above the entertaining area. The only thing about the room was that it doesn't have a kitchenette, there is only a refridgerator and a kettle. If you don't plan on cooking then it is great for that. The restaurant has very good prices and the view is really relaxing and the food is great.
