We had read some horrible reviews on this place and arrived with nervous anticipation.

Sure, the check-in was more than laid back - some might call it lacking interest in the guest - but the apartment hotel itself was OK. Two star right?

We stayed in the Trini Wing - where the small pool is - and our room was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equiped, the apartment was large in size, the bed comfortable, the AC fairly modern.

The bathroom could probably do with a refurb though. Clean but with a lot of ware and tear.

One of the two whirl pools outside were OOO but the pool felt clean and well kept.

Service was OK as well, as expected from a 2-3 star property.

OK, the place is close to the airport (the Trini wing is the closest) but I frankly didn't find it that disturbing and I'm not a heavy sleeper, more an average one, and besides... Most take off and landings took place before sleeping hours.

We simply didn't have any major problems while staying there.
