My stay with my relatives at Belleviste was very disappointing,especially after comparing the pictures and the reviews which were posted.

The garden and pool area was very refreshing, on our second night we had the pleasure of meeting 2 of Belleviste's other occupants Mr. & Mrs Cockroaches taking an afternoon swim.

We were awaken at 7.30am in the morning for housekeeping services,as the housekeeping staff had to leave work early.The rooms were not properly cleaned, if cleaned at all,we were not given clean towels unless we requested them, on our third night our blanket was taken from us by the housekeeping staff as they were having a full booking over the weekend and to add insult to injury the housekeeping staff was very rude and gave us alot of attitude.

Our complaints to the office, of course went to deaf ears as we have still not seen a poolman/woman clean the pool and no blankets were returned.
