I stayed there for a night (courtesy of Martin Air, which was so delayed that I missed my connecting flight to Trinidad). It's main selling point is proximity to the airport, it is literally across the road.
It is quite basic, though the rooms upstairs were air conditioned (downstairs had fans). There are (small) en suite bathrooms.
If you plan to do nothing more than sleep in the room, it will be adequate, beyond that, there are many nicer places in the area.
