My boyfriend and I went to Kariwak for a little weekend getaway from the busy life of Trinidad. Kariwak is one of the best resorts/hotels I have been to. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Always smiling and being cheerful. We were able to rent a car with ease as everything was arranged by the hotel. The breakfast was great and lounge area is open and peaceful. You are greeted by baby kiskadee in the morning for breakfast. If you are into nature resorts then Kariwak is the place to be. The rooms are clean with a wonderful king size bed. You can get ice right down the hall for any drinks you may have. There was no TV in room and I didn't mind. So peaceful and serene. Plus, there is yoga in the morning. What a great way to start the day! I loved it and so did my boyfriend. We plan on going back very soon. Keep up the wonderful service.
