Recent spate of murders

Hi Guys,

News of the 3 murders in 10 days on the island has filtered back to the UK. Can anyone shed anymore light on this?

Seems to be very unusual for the Island!

Yes, two different local taxi drivers have been killed and their vehicles burnt out, all in roughly the same area of the island. Its difficult not to believe that there might be a connection. All three were 'local' incidents - which doesn't make it any less serious, of course, but I just stress the point as crimes against tourists tend to fit a totally different profile.
