We really enjoyed our stay at the Toucan Inn. Although it is actually walking distance from the airport we had no disturbance from aircraft noise. This is probably due to the fact that the planes take off and land over sea and also the fact that, apart from the hourly prop planes over to Trinidad, there are only about five international flights a week.

We also thought that it maybe a bit busy being near the "town" but the definition of town is different in Tobago much more like village.

The food was great and good value and we found the service fine. Beverly was the sweetest of waitresses. The cocktails were also lovely but the JIMBO'S SPECIALS are not for the faint hearted!

Best of all was the close proximity of the bar, pool and rooms and the welcome night which made it a very social place to stay.
