Hi Rick

There are no official dates - it's something that each hotel/guest house or rental property owner decides for themselves. Typically, however, high-season will generally be from mid-December through to mid-April - although within than you have extra-high-season dates covering the Christmas/New Year weeks, Carnival dates, Jazz and Easter.

I hope this helps, even if it doesn't really answer the question.
