I went with a group of 5 adults and 2 kids... we stayed in one of the loft suites. The bedroom downstairs was ok but the one upstairs was not air-conditioned and quite hot. We had to be given a second fan to compensate. The place was poorly lit and the bathroom left a lot to be desired! the sinks had mole around the faucets and a scummy ring!! The plumbing needs some work - alot of the sinks did not work properly... We did not use the kitchen because the overall cleanliness of the place was not appealing enough. The pool was a bit small but more or less clean, although there was moss on the walls at some places. The hotel staff was friendly enough but we did not have much interaction. I was disappointed with the place, having seen the website it was not all that I had expected.
Would I stay there again?? - not if I have another option.
