Best package for full board and modest flight upgrade?

In Jan 2004 I went to Turtle Beach on a "full board" Virgin package. and thought the hotel and the travel were great. A premium economy upgrade on the way home has spoilt me however, and when I go back there next Jan I'm tempted to upgrade on both legs. I have just plodded through the BA and Virgin websites to get an idea of comparative costs and was surprised it seems quite a bit dearer than 2 years ago, and it looks like BA may be cheaper. Also Virgin offered Premium Economy AND Upper Class (which was dearer) and last time in PE we were on the upper deck, which sounds like Upper Class. Any views or other ideas from you lucky people who seem to be hopping over there every few months?

Hi Pat,on Virgin PE is upstairs and first class in the front of the lower deck.I managed to get PE return for £560,without using any milles.Use the net at http://www.virginatlantic.co.uk.
