Hi last time we visited Tobago was 2007 when we stayed at the Beach House in Castara. Now my question is we hope to return to Tobago next year but how much has changed especially in Castara any new building etc, last time we stayed was just perfect but will we recognise Tobago?

Yes, there has been some construction since your last visit, but if you're returning to the Beach House, then you'll notice very little difference. As far as I can recall, the only new property in Little Bay (Heavenly Bay) since then is Boatview - which belongs to Brenton and Sharon Taylor of the Boat House and is situated immediately behind the Boat House, between Alibaba's Seabreeze and Angel Apartments. Although only across the valley, you won't even see it from The Beach House, and it's only a small 4-apartment property anyway.

Other than that, no - you'll notice bxxxx-all difference in Castara, to be honest. There's been some improvement in the shopping facilities, but only marginally.
