What a beautiful video of Tobago - the best I've seen. Thanks for sharing it with us Kent. :D

Yes, I've seen that. Nice, but I suffer from severe motion sickness and find that the chronic lens distortion gives me much the same unsettled feeling that I would get as a passenger in a car. Pity, because otherwise its nice.

Both videos are fabulous ...

Rob's video recommendation looks like the film was shot with a GoPro or equivalent which is why it makes Steve dizzy because it has the eyeballs of a fly and can see all around ...

I used the new GoPro on my most recent trip but kept my old Camcorder for certain shots. The GoPro is excellent for underwater video and the quality is fantastic. The GoPro's disadvantages are no zoom so it can be tough to get a good shot of a sunset in the way a normal camcorder can ... I was a little disappointed that there was very little underwater action in the film because that is what the GoPro is made for.

Kent's film is proper professional ... the quality of the film is so good that it took me half an hour to see the first 3 minutes so one day I will watch it at work where the broadband is better.

Kent ... I would be very interested to know what gear you have used, both in terms of the camcorder and the video software you have used to put together a fine piece of work.

I am a complete amateur and striving to get close to producing such quality as your work ... so any tips you have would be met with unconditional gratification.
