Hello,
We have been to Tobago a few times, but have always flown Excel or Monarch. We have booked with Virgin now the cheaper options no longer fly there, and I have just realised that we will probably struggle to buy essentials on the way up to Castara, because we land at 15.15 on a Sunday. Any shopping suggestions please, because we mainly self cater .
Many thanks
Shops open on Sundays ?

Re: Shops open on Sundays ?
Hi Gill,
Another thought...there is a new supermarket in the Gulf City Mall...I remember that it was open late(r) on evenings & Sundays then the other grocery stores. We seldom visit the Mall, so cannot tell you the actually hours...maybe someone else knows the details. Good luck in your search; we have sometimes arrived too early to do any shopping!@#
Cheers, Carol

Thanks Carol,
I'm sure we'll find somewhere. Just didn't fancy spending the first day of our holidays heading back to Crown Point end to go shopping ! Much better things to do, like chillin' with a rum punch
Thanks again
Gill

Hi,
the supermarket in the mall no longer exists.
Sunday afternoon is a problem.

Re: Shops open on Sundays ?
How about Crwon Point itself? In the junction after the Police Station you find a small Food mart, they mught be open when you get out of the Airport.
Nearby at Old Store Bay Road, there´s a minimart/beer place, VERY limited selection but you will find something.
