Local chef that does a cooking class?

Post by Jlarthur1953 »

Does anyone know of a local chef that conducts a cooking class? We will be near Mt Irving for a week and thought it would be a fun gift/experience for my husbands birthday.

Hi and welcome aboard! :D

Wow, that's a tricky one to answer. I'm afraid that is not something I've ever been asked or come across. Hopefully someone else might have some thoughts. :-k

Hello Steve . I was looking through older posts and noticed a cook wanted in a 2017 post . Would Adrian and Avisha be interested in or able to work for this request ?

Hello Brad

Thanks for remembering that post. I've looked it up and backtracked. I've never heard anything more of this couple, but they were recommended via a very reliable rental agent on the island. So, here's the info from the original post:
A couple called Adrian and Avisha come highly recommended. You can contact them at [email protected] or via telephone at (868) 322-9498.
Hope this helps and top marks, Brad. =D>

there used to be culinary classes held at the richmond great house and kariwak used to offer some but not sure if this still the case.

you should check the Naparima Girls High School Cookbook - it's what everyone uses !! ISBN: 9789768173645
