My girlfriend and I stayed with Shirma and her neighbour Marjorie for 5 weeks during our medical elective.

Shirma looked after us so well and allowed us to feel comfortable on the island immediately. Her family picked us up from the airport, took us to our hospital placement every day, took us shopping when needed and gave excellent recommendations of what to do on the island.

Shirma is very experienced at looking after medical students, having done it for years, and I can wholeheartedly recommend staying there for a holiday or medical elective. We went on some unforgettable trips that were recommended by Shirma at a discounted price due to her contacts.

Our 1-bed apartment at Shirma's was perfect for what we needed, it was clean, spacious and had good cooking facilities.
