Swiss Family Robinson ORIGINAL 8x10 photo - Dorothy McGuire on the beach after escaping from the shipwreck - Richmond Bay 1959. The movie studios produced this photo in 1960 for distribution to the press, photo agencies and publicity departments to advertise the film.
The Swiss Family Robinson movie was released on 21 December 1960.

Swiss Family Robinson 14” x 11” Lobby Card.
(Lobby Cards were created by the film studios to publicize their movies and were intended for display outside movie theaters in special glass display boxes).
The Swiss Family Robinson defend their fortress by deploying coconut logs on the invading pirates.

Behind the scenes photo of Swiss Family Robinson. Kevin Corcoran enjoying a wheelbarrow ride to the movie set at Richmond Bay. He was just 10 years old when he played Young Francis in Swiss Family Robinson. He played Tommy Kirk’s brother in 5 different movies - Old Yeller (1957), Shaggy Dog (1959), Swiss Family Robinson (1960), Bon Voyage (1962) and Savage Sam (1963).

Moochie’s 1959 autograph

is still in the hands of a local who worked at one of the hotels where some of the Disney cast and crew members stayed in 1959.

This scene with the family escaping from the shipwreck in a makeshift tub raft was filmed at Belle Garden, Tobago, West Indies 1959.
Swiss Family Robinson 8” x 10” Lobby Card - Swiss Family Robinson escaping from the shipwreck using a makeshift barrel raft. Ernst (Tommy Kirk) is handling the oars. The two Captain’s dogs (Duke and Turk) accompany the family.
